Instruments and amplifiers are shipped via UPS Ground. Smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Upgraded shipping options are availble -Contact us for more details. Orders placed before 2pm CT are most often shipped the same business day. All shipments are carefully and safely packed.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item and must be approved by The Guitar Haunt via email or phone. Unless otherwise approved, shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from any refunds. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
